I will not post someone's work for free.  I will say that Gwen Preston's weekly newsletter broke down the entire project in great detail.  Like everyone else she is awaiting the DFS.  But her overall assessment of the project is glowing & matches very close to my thoughts.  She's just one analyst, but it is always good to have someone you consider very smart share your thoughts.

I've always liked her but she's a perma bull on gold so essentially useless if you want to make money trading this dysfunctional sector and market.  At $2200 gold there's no doubt that the project is econommical but that's only part of the story. Where are they going to come up with a Billion $? What will they have to sacrifice to get it? How much dilution to come
