Yes, Tilray is a Canadian LP not an MSO, however they do sell hemp CPG in the USA and that part of their business will be affected by the ban unless they can completely remove any trace of THC from ...more

I'll have to retract, it looks like Irwin sees it differently and prefers to see the hemp business remain in beverage. Still not on the same page as Irwin so staying clear of muddy waters.
