Hop Valley was phenomenal to work for. Tilray, the new owners, have a lot to learn as they grow. Decision making and communication leave me scratching my head.

Pay is OK, but work is comparable to slave labor

Working as a shipping and receiving clerk, look forward to working in a cramped warehouse attached to a bar with very limited space where you can easily bump into things with a hilo. Beer is stored in a cooler that is narrow. Your job is the accurately...Show more

    Management is a girls club

    Super Sucky

Management that I worked under was very reactionary without having all of the information then would apologize for their overreaction. This got annoying and frustrating. The company as a whole is very indecisive and slow to implement simple projects.
    Pros
    They paid me on time
    Cons
    Reactionary without facts....Show more

    Management

Great place to work just inexperienced managers. Alot of turn over. Industry is very unstable. Companies are too top heavy regarding MGMT, c suite. Growing pains

Uncertain Times for Industry and Company

Tilray still has a long way to go. The former executive team was concerned more about selling the company to Aphria than it was about keeping the lights on. Even with the continued large scale layoffs, the company was constantly on financial life support...Show more

    Full of unprofessionalism

Terrible director /management / supervision team. They don`t know what they are doing. Daily / hourly schedule and work plan. If something goes wrong find someone to blame. All deviations come from management team because they are not enough experience...Show more
