a bunch of gold stocks shot up before close (G, AEM, Yri ) and then get halted just before close ? I thought my stockhouse program was screwing up on me again

Apparently there was a lot of buying in the last hour on Friday. It was not just selected precious metals stocks but right across the board. The only explaination I heard was that it had to do with month end for the funds. Not sure that makes sense to me either. Bob
