I have no idea if The former CEO would be brave enough to sell shares this close to earnings regardless if he is officially an insider or not.   If the news is neutral or bad and shares tank he could be held accountable imo. If the news is good and shares rise he would be foolish imo.   More importantly is the earnings call along with the new direction of this company, the price of gold

Something is strange, in this mornings Ink Research Report on TMM they have a Marker Correction See below, we will probably never know what is really going on and who is selling what. In a nutshell they reduced the amount of Insider shares sold. Also former CEO Bruce B is now shown in the " Other Officers Holdings" catigory with no change since May 2015. 5 Marker Trading Corrections

looks like exageration of insider sells  i could see making 1 mistake but not that many . Is there shennanigans going on or what.  Gold at 1175 today making tmm look better all the time , for sentry to pick up more cheap shares .  This whole situation doesnt make a lot of sense except for restructuring a lot of shares . First tmm buys calbello and still owes 6 million once permited
