Welllllllll yes. Their balance sheet it not terrible slight WC deficit, they'll sell off some equitment, ride it out. Ana only needs 100mil tbh I think that is quite fundable. Doesn't really matter the new CEO was brough in to shine up TMM and sell to the highest bidder, we'll just have to wait to see what we get.   Mr. Backens has over 30 years of broad based, global mining ...more

Well  the company is definitely for sale.   The company says book is $147 million,  more than double current market cap.   Looks like they are spending their cash on ana .

Kinda crazy, even if you throw out San Fran and Caballo.... Ana alone is worth 185M USD on an NPV basis at today's prices...whole company sells for 60.99M USD.

I am not sure about company being on sale and for what price but their EPS before one time impairment charge was actually within analysts estimates I calculated EPS @ -0.014 ( before impairment charge )

Ya that impairment charge was a doozy, essentially all of san fran.  ironically it is ontrack to produce more in 4th qtr based on oct numbers than previous two qtrs even though full year quidance was reduced. Probably decided  next qtr to error to positive for a change.  Management keeping options open while lowering cash costs drastically on lowered quidance next year of 70k oz ...more
