Like I said before TMR must fire CEO and  his closest allies in management. 

huge asset huge gold production and just needs me to organize.

Do some research on SEDAR. CEO makes millions $ with a “change of control”. Why would he care about a weakening share price? His MO: tank it, make the sale and get rich.
