why would they need to use credit facility to do the buybacks? They are not paying a distribution so they have plenty of FCF every month when rents are paid. They would have cash in the bank, month ...more

Buying under the NCIB keeps going down.

In April 2024, they were buying back about 14000-16000 shares/day  In May 2024 they were buying only 4200 shares/day  Now they are buying only 1900 shares a day! They were supposed to ...more
