They have a legal requirement to distribute funds, not do buybacks. Property sales are a good way for them to get capital that they can use to buyback stock though which is an important portion

i don't think so as it use to trade at a premium to nav becuase of distribution in a historically low interest rate enviornment but possible with the buybacks and if interest rates collapse. no

"tnt likely easily a $20 reit again when the tide turns" If and when the tide turns, I would think TNT will be over $28.75 ($5 pre-consolidation), since $20 is only $3.48 pre-consolidation.
