Anyone notice how they can never hold any gains? what we were up 3% then goes down , s ame for all other reits.  intraday gains fade faster than the speed of lighjt

Shorts are back in the driver seat, I think it will probably go back to the 52 week low of $6.32.  Buying only 25% of what they should be buying back under the NCIB creates even more uncertainty ...more

They are currently spending less than 50% of the cash saved by not paying the dividends on the NCIB. There is really nothing to like about this sector.

interesting, when the price is lower they buy less, when it was trading around $9.60 they were buying 16000 shares a day, should they not do it the other way around?  WTF is wrong with people ...more
