100%. This building is the reason for the large drop off in occupancy also. Calgary is doing quite well and its likely an oil or tech company will pick it up.

If the Bank of Canada lowers rates and within a few months the US does the same it won't matter. I work in supply chains we have over 12x weeks at current exchange, it doesn't affect costing ...more

Last time I checked TNT commerical is in Canada and inflation just hit 2.8% instead of a projected 3.1%, even less if you take out energy and interest expense due to mortgage rate increases. We will ...more

AT 4.5x AFFO

Its already baking in some serious degradation in AFFO by a factor of 2.  Can they make the dividend negative? lol.  thats how bad it is
