Last time I checked TNT commerical is in Canada and inflation just hit 2.8% instead of a projected 3.1%, even less if you take out energy and interest expense due to mortgage rate increases. We will ...more

AT 4.5x AFFO

Its already baking in some serious degradation in AFFO by a factor of 2.  Can they make the dividend negative? lol.  thats how bad it is

With dividend already cut...

I haven't run the numbers but I don't expect tbe  uptick in AFFO from share butbacks to be material - yet. However, like NWH a solid ER will be enough to trigger a double digit increase ...more
