RE:RESULTS!It seems to be not too bad. Share price appreciates before the result in anticipation of potential distribution reinstatement. It did not happen so share price will go back down to $9.
If they were to reinstate it, the payout ratio would be around ~75%.
I don't see the distribution getting cut again from the most recent level, if bank of canada starts cutting rates sooner. That might trigger the share price to go up and stall ncib to be no longer the best value.
I guess it makes sense to squeeze out the last chance for ncib at the current price level, yet I would have personally bought back some shares with the distribution anyway to increase my wealth so I still think company is getting richer from my money.
I would really like to see 3650 Victoria building enter into sales agreement at 38.88 million.
Company is doing good job if an investor had cash sitting on the sideline to buy more stocks.
So I guess rich gets richers and poor will sell out due to lack of distribution LOL.
