RE:what news is causing this bleedI'm not sure there is a reason other then general uncertainty.

The stock is not efficient as there is significantly large amounts of weak hands due to mostly retail investors.  It makes sense that it has lots of volatility because of that.

It's been this way for a long time.  It's nothing new.   It's why the shares are down 80% on less then a 15% total NOI decline over 3 years.  

Trying to figure out why this thing moves is pretty irrational frankly; It's just a matter of realize it wont die and then buy and hold for years while retail investors get the confidence back.  That will be a while.  significant things could change and nobody will be interested in re-entering.

I personally have gathered a very large position compared to what I started with.  I am waiting and will wait for the eventual distribution restart.
