RE:RE:RE:What a dog

RE:RE:RE:What a dog Why and who is advoating the buy-back? I would advocate it with the distribution in effect.
I am not sure if you can define a reit without a distribution. It is just not a reit anymore.
It is dead money until March, 2025 so I would not invest it in when the interest rate is dropping and there are so many other opportunities in the market. DD seems a little upset since he lost the most money and it does not work like that; You cannot put your emotion first.
They also seem to be having some problem selling their 3650 Victoria Park property in North York. The price was reduced recently. They did a renovation to sell the property when they do not know what the potential buyer wants, which is waste of money. They could have just sold the property without renovation at a lower price.
DD is very naive when it comes to running a business. How it is with most 2nd and 3rd generations inheriting a business without any experience or the qulifications required to manage it well.
