Interesting deal. More or less what I expected- not that much cash down, just assuming lots of future liabilities. Gas focussed- like the SDX proposal. the company is private so no public shareholder voting process. I bet we see more of that. The unusual aspect is that it is very heavily weighted to infrastructure. I was guessing more production than facilities and pipelines but ...more

Lot of diversification and seem to be a good deal that makes management experience valuable. Nice to see some action we've been way undervalued for a long time I'm no fan of CCS but if greenwashing is the only way to reach fair value that's OK with me.
