Approaching one month high and setting up for a solid Winter. TNZ may end up getting paid to buy these assets by the time the transaction closes!

They recieve all of the free cash flow from the assets in 2024 and 50% in 2025. "The acquired assets are expected to generate over €90 million of free cash flow in 2024. Cash flows are significantly protected by fixed price hedging contracts on 46% of production from 2024 through 2026 at an average fixed price of €38.79/MWh ($16.94/MMbtu)." Dutch gas Sept contracts up 4.5% today and hitting close to a 6 month high. The market is out to lunch on what this means for the stock - should be trading up $0.50/share+ today off the back of this. Good buying opportunity - I expect management will bring the FCF impact to our attention in their Q2 coming out next week and I continue to believe at these prices TNZ will "get paid" to ...more
