TOU is repeatedly made a top pick and praised by many as best in class, with an average analyst target price nearing $100. Add an impressive yield (including special dividends) and this stock should be killing it. Yet, we continually have trouble breaking $80... I'm hoping the upcoming Q3 results (Nov 2) include another special dividend and catalyst for new SP highs!

Thinking we will get another special divy, but I don't see it as high as the last one.  Will still be happy with $1.00.
