Yes, Q1 should be interesting. For Q4 2021, net income per share was $2.08 (operating $0.26 and gain on sale $1.82). While $0.26 was lower than Q3 and Q2 it was significantly higher than Q4

Don't get me wrong, I think TSL is well positioned for a good performance in 2022 .. as long as their product prices remain stable & inflation doesn't take too big a bite out of earnings.

Their business is seasonal. Look at note #11 on the 2021 Financial Statements for comparatives of quarters. Q4 2021 revenue was +40% and gross profit was +162% over Q4 2020. 2022 will be a record year

Decided to sell today. The way I see it, if you exclude the net effect of the land sale gain, 4th quarter was an average quarter (similar to 2nd Q but not nearly as good as 3rd Q). TSL closed at $5.00
