RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:In at $3.5956.3%    of    pre   tax   profits   were  an   extraordinary  gain    re  profit    on   sale    of   a    property  in 2021    .   As   this   was   a  one time   unrepeatable   item   the  market   is likely  to  ignore  this  item    for   on going  valuation    purposes   .   It    means   operating   earnings   were   lower   than  reported  ,    nevertheless   the    PE    ratio   is  very low .
