Tree Island Steel Ltd. was founded in 1964 and is based in Richmond, Canada.

RE:SADLYI    think   their   medium -long   term  goal   is   to privitize   the   company   by   buying  out   the rest   of  the shares   so   they    don't want   to  do  anything   to   inflate   the   share   price.   A few   years  ago   the two   major   shareholders   made   a  partial   tender   offer   for  shares   at   2.25  to  solidify their   control   over   the   company.
