Supply of stock maybe coming into the marketfrom   departing   executive.   This   could  be from  shares   he  holds   or    he  has 30  days  from departure  to exercise  any  options  he might hold  .    Needlessly   to say  since  he is no longer with the company   he  does  not need to  report   anything  re  insider  trading.
