Animal Health sale Poison Pill

One thing that was brought to my attention by a very astute shareholder is this: Any AH sale at any price, if an opt out clause is in the offer (which Graeme will be sure to insert the most egregious penalty possible by law) at say even 10% will in fact bankrupt us if not ratified by shareholders. So Graeme really can just pass AH off to anyone at any price and we will be powerless to vote it down.

Get ready to get bent over by Graeme one last time. He will be able to do as he pleases, including keeping himself in power, and we will not be able to stop him. The only chance we have, is to vote in William Wells as CEO and have Graeme removed completely from this company and its BOD.

You must go to the savebioniche.com website and sign up to support the meeting. All of this needs to be out in the open so shareholders can make an informed decision, not one based on the usual half truths and ommissions that Graeme always supplies us with.
