Finally it looks like everybody realized the obvious - 
Mr. McRae is an ultimate failure and simply a joke of a business person. 

Here comes a question - what kind of specific motivation and special interest and/or arrangement have shareholders who still gonna vote for Graeme? Even more troubling is the fact that by their
 Vote for Graeme they will give him a complete control in his gambling  on
EVERYTHING, I mean all our investment cause the bankruptcy will become a real possibility. 
I would go on record even saying that under his leadership it would be BY FAR THE MOST LIKELY SCENARIO.

How NAIVE are you people ? Oh this stinks, and really bad.  I liked it when Player threw words like jail and fraud around, Where do you get that "get out of jail free card Player"? understanding the benefit of an "UGLY PROXY BATTLE" I would suugest the "uglier the better" when it comes to placements, option grants, and opportunity for those with an abundance
