The INSIDER trade
at the time was really puzzled if not to say shocked after one of well known insiders dumped
half a Million shares.
Well if I may call him a "Concerned Shareholder" or known to go by as a "Dissident", Mr. Greg
Gubitzz - conveniently and timely became a Director of the Company. Nice move.
After all that fight that cost company (means us) around Million dollars.....
So to the best of my memory, after becoming a Director, he suddenly dumped Half a Million Shares
at pitty ~~ 30ish cents price. Looked strange at the time, must say not anymore. Smart move.
I guess he needed just enough time to figure out actual state of the matters within our company....
So much for the Management confidence in this outfit. But we are not losers aren't we - sitting tight, not selling, not losing hope. We have a great potential here folks, don't bother even to get concerned that we touched 24 cents on Fri. Stock will go into stratosphere by the end of next week, no doubt.
Also there is no really need to be concerned that well known and Really concerned shareholder got a Boat Load of stock at 18-19 cents. I dare to guess that for him to be able to sell that countless millions of stock for 30+ cents will be a good business. Would it? Doubling your money???
How about recent PP when we've got another countless millions of stock bought at 27 cents?
What kind of outstanding achievement would be needed to clear that Mountain of shares???
