Common Sense

Is am one of those without. I still can't wrap my head around benchmarking the value of your company at 19 cents, 50% below the lowest recent close of your heavily  downward manipulated stock.

Thank goodness they didn't require 20 million. we'd be 12 cents today.

But If I had common sense I am sure that this would be clear as a blue sky to me.

I thought the offering was at .23c why do you keep saying .19?

Boarman, Unfortunately there are some smart people stuck in BNC. One, who is in the finance industry, told me that a 23 cent offering, with a half warrant exercisable at 30 cents for 60  months is in effect a 17-19 cent financing, depending on the discount rate, or whatever tool he would apply in his analysis. Not absolute but definitely in that range. I went with 19 cents to make it sound ...more

Lynch if your right   "   I too am watching for share consolidation near term. And, that may be the intent of this financing after all. "  Does that mean the Sept. 2015 warrants ( 16,904,310 @ .40 ) will be history, but this new  issue will be OK because they are good for 5 years. I'm not sure I understand the rules.  TIA Evertime I try to get out of ...more

No Idea Blartar. They put out a 40+ page dissertation on Sedar about what the supposed plans are going forward but overlooked the explanation for the pricing of the financing itself. Probably best to contact Olds if you want an explanation. Is Ford still there? Wasn't he the CFO that signed off on the 18%+ loans from Royalty and Paladin? Maybe he could help explain how he valued the company ...more

You could send an email to Donald Olds. Last time I sent him an email I received a response within a couple of days.

Ford is still there. I thought he would be the first one fired after the Loan Shark Loan fiasco. But he gets to screw us all over again, this time putting his name on 100% Dilution in about a year, at an average price of about $0.28 ncluding the Warrants if they ever get exercised (and if they don't dop the price of the warrants, which might the the next NR we get)

Each share placement spirals the share price ever downward at a faster and faster rate. Management who loses control of the outstanding shares loses control of the company. I thought Berendt was smart enough not to do this. Turns out he isn't. Too bad. The company was salvageable. Now continued bad management means that there will have to be a stock roll back. This will clobber all of us. No ...more
