Greetings:
I have been invested in Bioniche for almost a year now and have been seeking to gather information from this bullboard without posting anything. My observations are simply that most posts are from only a few very regular contributors and the vast majority of them have little information of value to anyone who may be researching the company. May I just say that I picture a number of you being plain old angry old men with huge grudges. Just saying. And I cannot nor have the desire to figure out each of your experiences. My sympathies to anyone who has been long invested and has been disappointed in the past - however, you should have done something else over those years (just sayin)
Having said that:
My personal investing strategy permits me to purchase up to 4% of my assets in what I term as lottery ticket investments - companies with a product in development that could return many multiples or that could be worthless depending upon circumstances. Yep, Bioniche fits the profile. Each individual company is limited to a max of 1%. I limit myself to the 1% as the high risk aspect means that any bankrupcy or product failure is limited to throw away money. The other 96% of my investments are in very secure banks, BCE, energy and very stable funds.
I use a broker (Dundee which informed me of Bioniche) as well as having my own online self researched account.
My current lottery ticket holdings include:
Bioniche, Bombardier, Avivagen and CRS.
Current decisions I am pondering: Do I sell my Bioniche NOW for a small profit or wait for a possible multilple? Obviously, I am waiting on the multiple. So my next question is, what is my target sell price? Should the FDA put the stamp of approval on this drug I would expect that the company would indeed be bought out by a large global pharma. Since I am well below my 1% threshold, should I purchase more or buy more of my other lottery ticket holdings?
I am guessing at a share price of between 75 cents and $1.50 when FDA gives the approval in new year. It is very difficult to evaluate due to a lack of actual sales as the company currently is structured.
What do you others think?
Would others like to provide their projections for this company?
p. s. Raging Bull person; don't bother responding. None of your posts are worth any of the time spent reading them.
p.p.s. I only have 10,000 shares of Bioniche so nobody create theories of stock manipulation either please.
Thanks and I hope the discussion begins to produce meaningful information
