Buyout

A big pharma may take a run at us, but won't likely be straight up buyout offer. I see a buyout offer for xx and a further sum of xxx once FDA approval happens. 800mm worldwide peak revenue potential as per the new website will have a few pharmas licking their chops.  If a suitor waited until FDA approval in place we'd be looking at a billion + takeout range. Much cheaper to take a run at us now with a bonus once FDA approves MCNA.  I know Endo has experience in these types of structured buyouts, my guess is valeant does as well. JMHO.

Your value derives from your ...more

How about I simplify this for you:   I believe that TST will indeed be bought out by big pharma and that I will indeed get $4 a share (or more) which is a %1500 gain on my shares I purchased on average of .26.   This will happen in 2015.   It probably will not happen today.   So it does not matter that today's valuation is less than you think it should ...more
