Get The Point!

The BLA submission approval is already accepted by the market and this is why our sp is where it is. If you expect a huge jump in sp, then forget it. The sp will hobnob but won't go far. FDA approval to sell this drug will move the sp. So wait for at least a year, maybe more. The only kicker possible for this sp, in the near term is a lucrative partnering.😁 Suck it up boys and girls!

Normally filed trumps about to file so there should be some lift in the share price given our track record of close but no cigar false starts. but we're talking pennies not real money. The real money is months away with a thumbs up from the FDA. For that we wait and wait. love to be wrong but Q4 2016 is my current best guess. HT

Q4 2016 until our SP moves? Assuming we file on time (June 30th) priority review would be 6 months from June 30th or December 2015. Standard review is 10 months or April 30th 2016. Your dates are very suspect. I'm sure you'll claim you meant fiscal, even though you demanded clarity from our CEO regarding calendar vs fiscal. Are you suggesting they will go it alone? Certainly a partnership ...more

B I see us within 20 days of filing then a 6 month wait so that is January at the earliest,  but given our history  of bad luck I see FDA approval in April 2016 not January. As I said, I would love to be wrong but after all of our FUBARs later rather than earlier is my projection of our fate. time will tell. HT

Each box ticked is an uptick in price but the 10 times expansion is months away.

Can anyone explain why there is a mandatory 6-month "Dust collecting" period after BLA submission?
Comment by IWillRetireSoon on Jun 10, 2015 12:56pm
It is quite easy to understand the "waiting" period from submission as these are highly competent very busy individuals whose proper expertise is required.... and they must be given time to read the report, discuss with peers and research all aspects. Although, you basement/abandoned car dwellers cannot understand how people possibly occupy their time.... perhaps it is because they have ...more

In my opinion we are in Q4 2015. Not C Q2. our fiscal year end is June 30 not December 31 so any reference to a Q should be considered a fiscal Reference unless they/we specify calendar Q2. I am in the one goal, tick that box now what's  camp and until I see a partnership offer on the table lack of cash is our biggest obstacle. So it is one day at a time 19 more days to go. HT

My gut feeling about this is that the offer in Jan. was probably under $200 m. ($1.00 per share) and was rejected as being too low.... since we are now in the waiting for FDA phase that should be much higher but at some point big Pharma will get on board and bring us to proper valuation of 10x multiple or more. It does work, and it is worth the investment for Big Pharma. Just need the final parts ...more

what $1.00 offer are YOU refering to? I've been here 10 years and can't recall any 1.00 offer. GLTAL

Idle speculation of mine dear friend.... just thought I would post my speculative thinking in case others were sick of the highly speculative and very inane diarrhea regularly posted here.... By the way, still only one of me, never duplicated, no aliases.... but since I will be retired at end of June, I may think of changing my Stockhouse name. Yet I would never play such juvenile games as to post ...more

If someone actually offered anywhere in the ballpark of $1.00 per share, maybe they should go try and bid $10,000 on a brand new Ferrari.    What an absurd offer and a complete waste of everyone's time.    "That's what treating these bladder cancer cases are worth to you?? $170 million dollars?  What, are you still paying a nickel for a chocolate bar and going ...more

Maybe just MAYBE if these Health mega-corps started ponying up some money like the tech giants do, they would be able to recruit the minds we need to get things done.    If you bid $170 million for this entire company, all that's going to happen is that it will make kids want to look for another career path.   "Sure, I could probably assist in combatting diseases, but my ...more

Beechy, when have you been right in the last millennium?
Comment by DryBones on Jun 10, 2015 9:26pm
Have we been waiting a millenium already? Speakiing of perception of time. I saw someone refer to a company that had been formed in 1890 as having been around for nearly 3 centuries.   Personally I am hoping science will invent some way to extend the human llife span by 100 years so that I can recoup on my investment here.

Good thing dotting i's and crossing T's are more important than treating the people with cancer.   I'm not saying don't have a FDA.   I'm saying, we need much faster and more capable people working there.    24/7/365.    No breaks
