5 Year Warrants, Cheap 33 Cent Shares, 5% of Portfolio

We grumble a lot because it makes us feel better.  But time passes and old gripes sound foolish now.  For example, the 5-year warrants issued with the 23 cent units are now due to expire in 3.75 years.  If we have to do another clinical trial, these warrants could very well expire worthless before the trial is finished.  Aren't you glad you don't own them now?  Also, for example, the folks in NY got 100 million 33 cent shares a few months ago in what some of us described as a sweetheart deal for friends of management.  Now us bagholders can buy all we want at 27 cents ... but we are not.  Finally, HT tells us we should never hold more than 5% of our portfolio in any one stock. So when TST went from 15 cents to 96 cents, HT would have had to sell a huge number of shares to avoid violating his 5% limit.  Therefore it was HT who killed the rally.  Let's blame him.  Otherwise, we are running out of things to complain about.  Over to you, Artie.  What's bugging you today?

Dibbah42 called me a rude name in French when I suggested he was CEO of the company he was posting about.  The Stockhouse swear-words filter does not block French street slang.  But it earned him a bunch of ignores.  Which is my proof that I am not Dibbah.  In fact, I use only one id.  Who has the time to maintain more than one?  Even you stopped using Schemehatcher ...more
