"trading history" of our stock disappear like the
"shake of an etch-a-scetch" Really people... * The Friday afternoon unloading of over 6M shares at the all-time low of the company from Quebec based "Fonds" pension fund into the hands of the former Biovail CEO and his trustworthy partner that takes 10% and plays it like a bag of toys to be reported and "seen by all". Meanwhile the famous "RetailRub" claims the "boss sold his 6M too, and you had better
consider selling Spectral ( T.EDT - late stage and virtually ALL insider owned ) and buy Bioniche.
* Then the RCP Capital thing from Texas, the 15% loan announced before the Australian market opened on a Sunday afternoon complete with "Beech's friend" Frooger posting before the ink dried. Someone remind us of the former CEO of a large US pharma that was our 15% sales rep...I forget??
* Then there was the "ENDO trial termination" early Monday morning announcement in the prime of "Tax Loss Season", to be followed by the "return of Urocidin", yez dumped at our side door 3 days before Christmas. When asked whether an explanation would follow, the answer from IR was ,"We'll wait until early January once everyone is back at their desk to explain" During the CC on January 10th, former BNC CEO laughed with a "lovelu Ozzie accent", when a shareholder asked about any "near term share price catalysts"
* The there were the e-mails from Bioniche to be "shared on the bullboard", once our professional and most lovely HO communication rep corrected a reported milestone error with a communicate to the bullboard.
* I loved the "cow commercials" on BNN, there were super, BETTER YET when our vaccine business manager visited BNN, not once was the ticker symbol mentioned or a graph shown........"are they a private company"? you'd ask
* The dissident drama and court case were special all on there own as was the "Australian Listing" and the continous flow of stock from Australia back to Canada
* this is just a sampling, but clearly Eeoyre has had his share of misfortune, this looks to be the last "Whack at the Pinn-yahta"......hang in there Eeyore and know that a MAJOR US Fund has bought 35% of the company for .34CDN and the balance of the stock is held more tightly than "Frooger's arce" The American paper still sit in a NYC office just waiting to to be traded...ah..one day ; - )
Expect this e-mail "all weekend long"...wasting my fresh idea on this group of "Carnies" is a waste of time
