Decent to good earnings..... but no direction on share buy backs and yet..... Brian is issuing shares plus using cashflow to buy more land will be looked upon a negative. I've been saying this since last October. Brian is not a fan of special dividends nor share buy backs. His compensation is based on production. Why would Brian pay himself less when he can simply buy more land to increase

I sure hope you're right about $4.50. I expect your firm to pony up those $4.50 shares to me as I load up this week. You better be a wo-/man of your words on Stockhouse! Seems like metrics such as P/B, P/E, FCF are not needed to compute TVE's projected stock price.....just Brian's reluctance to initiate dividends / share buybacks and his preference to issue more shares. From what I've heard on the wires there it will blow the doors off expectations. TVE is one of the last stocks left in the pile for near term growth. Buckle up!

MEG just reported Q1 tonight: Q1   1.15  vs Q4 0.57 "The Corporation recognized net earnings of $362 million in the first quarter of 2022 compared to $177 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. This increase in net earnings was primarily due to stronger global crude oil prices." I have no idea how MEG and TVE compare but they got a huge pop from the increase in WTI I

I think nothing much tomorrow . Hopefully wednesday  see a dollar at least but  If they pull a meg it will stay flat or flounder.    Meg just screwed the shareholders with not a penny of  div for AT LEAST 2 years but dont worry the directors and officers will be paid lots....
