The key take away is when ARC can sell its TVE holdings, First goal post was 6 months( that is mentioned in the Renmark interview, Second goal post is the 12 month anniversary...Somewhere around mid July should be interesting again...

Unfortunately anytime you issue shares as part of a purchase for an asset, even as good as an asset we got in Clearwater, there will be an overhang on the stock till the holding periods are ended. Good thing is ARC has liquidated over 60% of their holdings which was a huge overhang on the stock. Best way to get this stock going....show the Clearwater acquisition was great by blowing ...more

Just google Arc financial Tamarack, Arc is very clear about what they have done with their TVE shares. Not so clear on what th3 will do in their final round.
