Share Price Target -- THOUGHTS

CIBC -- $5.25
National Bank -- $7.25 (Not sure if this is up to date)

I think we are going to see 899,000,000 in debt in 15 days time which is hte next ZONE which brings us to 50% share buybacks and enhanced dividend option.

The rest to debt.

So really we are getting all of the cash flow / free cash flow.

My estimate is at least 400M CAD goes to us this year and with WCS DIFFS this could be as high as 600M or 700M.

Maybe that is what National Bank sees?

I am as bullish as you are on this name, the economics just make too much sense not to be bullish. Even if the market hasn't figured it out yet. I don't put to much stock in the analysts targets though, especially when they come from a bank like National that has never invested in oil & gas and never will

Hello BigJake, Many of the staff at NB are from Wellington West and they are energy investors. Not sure about NB underwriting. If TVE is anywhere near 900m cad debt the shares will go up to 4.50 like that. The debt servicing costs will drop to 70m cad a year which can be paid with two weeks of sales. That's why I'm BULLISH. National Bank has always been a big banker for junior oil and gas firms.  They have been one of TVE's biggest proponents for years.
