Well done on the trading. Most shareholders probably weren't so nimble. It's hard to imagine the seller of the large block didn't know something the rest of us didn't. 

it's a good point that the underlying value of ga remains but the effort and cost of getting to the lpat and past  all the court challenges is a lot to throw away at the last minute. Does anyone really believe that one of the smartest real estate guys in the country would do that with no compensation?
