A coin toss.

I tuned in and out of the Court hearing.
Lots of questions from the panel to the lawyers.
I thought the Clublink lawyers did a good job.
They seemed quite assured in their arguments.
The Ottawa lawyer was the same, her opinions appeared to be the exact oposite.
I have no idea how they will sort it out.
If logic rules, they will up hold the trial judge opinion.
