ha ha. Overriding curse of optimism has gotten me a few times too. Lloking back I have had a few companies go belly up despite my rosy views. But in looking back (over decades) I have never had any company go belly up with ZERO debt and $17 million in cash to carry them forward to an already proven (but not yet producing) resource that will supply a wall of cash.

Thx Margin...the better word may have been over-arching sense of optimism....but no matter. I share the same experiences as you..... from too many glasses half-full over the years, and this TXP still measures Full in most all aspects despite an iffy Chinook drill not quite measuring-up..a huge over-reaction by the Markey and the Shorters profitted handsomely .
