A cut to the divvy...now .1725 per month. Not a lot but still a cut. They also cut the divvy on the HMAX. So far these things have not been a winning strategy...depreciating capital and divvy being ...more

Indicator...yes that is a error. The current yield is 0.175 cents per month (or 2.10 annual) which equates to a 14.53 percent  annual yield.
