The fund invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across communication services, telecommunication services, energy, oil, gas and consumable fuels, oil and gas storage and transportation, natural gas pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, petroleum pipelines, industrials and utilities sectors. It uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. RE:RE:What?Sirlostalot...expect very little if any capital appreciation out of this ETF. This is not what these covered calls are designed to do. In fact over time the SP will very likely erode with the payout being so hefty at 16 cents a month. These covered called ETF's (and there are a load of them out there now) are not all what they seem. Before buying check and compare against other (non covered called) utility ETF's and you will get a much more clearer picture.
