The US seize Blue Ocean?

I can't say it's impossible but that doesn't seem like Trump at all. Trump wants non-US companies to set up operations in the US but he's fine to have them continue to own those operations (which will employ US workers and pay US taxes) as well as maintain their home country (non-US) incorporations.

Blue Ocean is already a US company. Operations in Florida.

Maybe, just to be safe, Urbana should rent a closet in Buffalo. Make it their official headquarters.
