One thing I've noticed about Huet is that he doesn't hesitate to surround himself with good people.  The best Managers always take on board people who are smarter than them (in certain areas - not overall :) )  For e.g., if you look at the London UK Road Show and related press, whether it was Oliver Turner or even Sprott himself, Huet rarely played lone wolf.  Contrast this to Blasutti's style (or lack thereof) - almost always flew solo and more often than not, full of "fire and brimstone; signifying nothing...".
