This seems like very big news to me, that it is possible for people to wake up and realize that the risk of freezing far outweighs the risk of the earth dying. I always point out that burning FF does nothing more than put back into the atmosphere the carbon that was previously there (and sequestered by plants which died and decayed to give us the gas in the first place).
