Hi retired guy , you got pretty chatty over the weekend . Its good to hear from you again , I enjoy getting your insights of the business and economics . Right now I'm just hoping for an early burst of winter .

No thanks required retired , I appresiate your experience and understanding . On a bright note I hear Nashville will be 4C and Washington 5C by Saturday morning which should start to ramp up demand
