The book was closed the second they announced it - you honestly think VLE would agree to a small raise like this without full confirmation and more succinctly there is no way a firm the size of Research Capital would do a bought deal unless it was fully pre sold -maybe some room for some supportive long term retail. Deal closed and announced next week. Get them while you can.

Chincy; I am not born yesterday; yes they have commitement from different key broker; Research Capital Corp. as the sole underwriter and sole bookrunner. Broker will receive finders fees around 8% + broker warrants around 8%; mean if I am a broker or institution and have an allocation of 1m$ - my real cost is 2.34$ Even if the book is closed - money is DAP - deposit against payment the day

6% change nothing - real cost is 2.39 instead 2.34 As mentionned - they probably short it since last week with an average over 2.54 even if they were selling at 2.46 today; Suden selling pressure this pm down to 2.46 last hour with with iceberg buyer was probably last tranche to be filled; As research - you say to an instituion who want a block that the offering is over suscribed -

Bottom line, VLE got 10M cash, no options, no interest to worry about. Who cares how RC is making their money? Its their business after all. Imo, if one bought at year high, just sitting tight another week will do and VLE has a new floor and more cash in the bank. Again, look back 8 weeks and realize even they are paying X4 what this stock was worth before Mubadala deal, and that should alone

I have nothing against RC I bought betwen 2.48 and 2,52 last 2 days and very happy to pay under the offering; I was just justifying why the stock trade under the offering and has short term pressure; That's all

I think you are spot on. I would have prefered to see 3.50 this week but I am also happy with an extra 10M to a team that did an amazing job with the 40M or so they have been working with.

The deal is sold (from my sources at RC it was sold in 2 hours after close on Wednesday) and yes the cash settles on close. BUT because its a private placement the shareholders coming in on the deal can't sell their stock for 4 months (it is subject to a hold persiod). So we won't see a wall of stock hit us on close and if anything the institutions will just want to buy more. The entire

In any case, big oil spending hundreds of billions in stock buyback programs. You don't do that unless you believe your stock is undervalued, energy management is very bullish about the near future.

Even research know sincel last week that a financing was coming; Often they short a big part of it (from 3$ in this case ) and they cover their short position with the offering; 800K$ finders fees - easy money
