That could mean that she is now free to run and no more downward pressure needed imo, retailers who let go will soon find that out as she starts to rise. Waiting to find out when news is out.

Blackout should only effect insiders. Everyone is one the sidelines awaiting news. No sellers to miss out (other than the impatient short term bashers) and no buyers until they see some positive news. Let there be light VLE management! GLTA

Exactly, everyone has made a decision here, holders are holding and those watching for deals to come throught are on stand by, this is priming for next stage. Rerate by institutions etc imo.

Agreed, blackout only applies to insiders, but if a large brokerage or brokerages were involved in an acquisition, spin out of Thrace (As Nozz often suggest but I don't entirely agree) or some other acretive activity they would be considered insiders as well and this would affect volume..  I admit, it's a stretch. VLE would not want to issue any more paper at this time. At $25.00
