Vermillion as Proxy = $10 valuation

VET....85,000 bpd , 60 % natty gas at $25 per boe....$3.5 b market cap ..target is $5 billion target.....1.4 times  annual revenues

VLE...25000  bpd of Brent @$100 cad per barrel  $825 million cad in revenues **1.4 = $10
Comment by nozzpack on Mar 22, 2023 8:27am
That valuation is conservative as VET has $1.35 billion in debt. So, using Enterprise value which includes debt, VLE real value relative to VET enterprise value would be close to $15 per share.

Good comp though there is a significant premium attached to proven track record and earnings VS VLE thsts a startup by all measures.
