The Company holds interests ranging from 63% through 100% in various leases and licenses in the Thrace basin. The Company also operates Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel Aurora, location at Nong Yao field, offshore Gulf of Thailand.

The Company has tax assets of approximately $437 million at December 31, 2022 (2021 – $69.0 million) available for deduction against
future taxable income. Cumulative noncapital loss carryforwards in the amount of $339 million at December 31, 2022 (2021 $60.2
million) expire between 2022 and 2042.

Good catch! My working hypothesis was $500 million for tax assets so not far off. I'm not familiar with the noncapital loss carryforwards. How do these work toward reducing tax payable? bfw
