On the cusp of benefiting from its restructuring. Record backlog.  Wouldn't be surprised to see a NICE print in early may.  More than $4/share of cash.  Book value in excess of $15 ...more

Perhaps we will see the dividend reinstated in the next few quarters.  I'd prefer buybacks myself as this is still quite undervalued.
