SOMETHING BREWING ABOUT VELAN

SOMETHING BREWING ABOUT VELANVELAN'S 52-WEEKS HIGH-LOW $10.70 - $4.76
Current trading price approximatel $5
Shares are trading in a swing mode (ex: up $0.18, down $0.20 on same day) in the past few sessions, leaving hints that the company will likely be privatized.  The spread between BID-ASK is also high, as i am writing $4.97-$5.15.  Restructuring of the company is too much a stretch, high interest rates, inflation, orders on hold, are all ill-boding factors against the company's turnaround.  I see nothing else possible than a privatization looming.
