Thanks @WattDoINo. I just wondered if the mid Feb report was available but I guess it has yet to be published. It could explain the high volume on Feb 12th, ie covering day, or not :)

While ther was an unloading of a few million shares (3.2 million in all between 11:00 - 11:30), others where loading up. That's the nature of the stockmarket. A game of snow-drift/ hawk-dove

hence the plunge to the strike price of $7ish and bounce afterwards. Closer to, but still above, fair market value. New share owners perhaps content to sit out the Trump solar storm, so to speak
